- Purpose
- An amendment to reduce funding for the new headquarters building for the Department of Transportation, to reduce funding for executive direction program activities of the Department of the Treasury and to increase funding for the Lead Hazard Reduction program, as authorized by section 1011 of the Residential Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Act of 1992.
