Manager's amendment provides an additional $5 million for the Career Pathways Innovation Fund; provides an additional $1 million for emergency medical services for children's programs; provides an additional $1 million for the National Center for Health Statistics; provides an additional $5 million for expansion of professional development for math and science teachers; provides and additional $7 million for the Reach Out and Read program; provides an additional $10 million for grants to charter management organizations; and an additional $1 million for university-based modeling and simulation programs. The amendment also includes 2 funding limitations with respect to the Federal management program designation as well as first class travel. Finally, the amendment makes technical corrections.
