An amendment numbered 53 printed in Part A of House Report 118-147 to require the FAA to promulgate a rule which will allow for restricted category aircraft performing a wildfire suppression operation to transport firefighters to and from the site of a wildfire if those firefighters are performing ground wildfire suppression.
