- Purpose
- An amendment to limit the use of funds by the Export-Import Bank. Of the total amount made available in the Act to the Export-Import Bank of the United States for the extension of credit for transactions related to energy projects, the Bank shall use not more than 95 percent for transactions related to fossil fuel projects; and not less the 5 percent for transactions related to renewable energy and energy efficiency projects.
