Amendment109th Congress
At the end of the bill, before the short title, insert the following new section: \ SEC. __. None of the funds appropriated by this Act may be used by the Commissioner of Social Security or the Social Security Administration to pay the compensation of employees of the Social Security Administration to administer Social Security benefit payments under a totalization agreement with Mexico which are inconsistent with federal law.
