An amendment numbered 24 printed in Part B of House Report 118-30 to expand the definition of "hazard trees" identified and removed along electric power lines as part of a utility's vegetation management plan to trees within 50 feet, from 10 feet. Such plans will also be automatically approved after 60 days.
