Amendment increases the grant sizes for "initial grants" and "growth funding grants" for each veterans business center by $50,000 per year per center to $200,000 and $150,000 respectively. In addition, the amendment increases the authorized appropriations to carry out this subsection by $2,000,000 each per year to $12,000,000 in fiscal year 2010 and $14,000,000 in fiscal year 2011.
