PROHIBITION ON USE OF CERTAIN FUNDS. The Secretary may not use any funds authorized in this Act to name, rename, designate, or redesignate any project or program under this act for an individual then serving as a Member, Delegate, Resident Commissioner, or Senator of the United States Congress.
