An amendment numbered 23 printed in Part B of House Report 116-154 to require the Director of National Intelligence, in coordination with the Under Secretary of Homeland Security for Intelligence and Analysis, the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency, and the Director of the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency to conduct an assessment of homeland security vulnerabilities associated with retired and former personnel of intelligence community providing covered intelligence assistance.
