An amendment numbered 23 printed in Part B of House Report 116-32 to establish a grant program to train state and local law enforcement to prevent, enforce, and prosecute domestic violence-related crimes carried out online and establishes a national resource center to study these crimes, and require the FBI to update the Uniform Crime Reports and the National Incident-Based Reporting System to include cybercrimes committed against individuals.
