- Mr. Frelinghuysen raised a point of order against the Bridenstine amendment (A073). Mr. Frelinghuysen stated that the provisions of the Bridenstine amendment result in a net increase in budget authority and violate H. Res. 5, 113th Congress. The Chair sustained the point of order.
