An amendment to prohibit the use of funds made available under the heading "Departmental Management and Operations-Departmental Operations-Office of the Secretary and Executive Management" may be used for official reception and representational expenses until the Secretary of Homeland Security complies with section 7208 of the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 (5 U.S.C. 1365b).
