An amendment to prohibit the use of funds to be used to pay more than 75% of the salary of any senior Department of Veterans Affairs official during the period beginning on July 1, 2014, and ending on September 30, 2014, unless as of July 1, 2014, the percentage of disability compensation claims that are more than 125 days old is less than or equal to 40%.
