- Amendment prohibits the use of any funding to administer or enforce part 515 of D807 title 31, Code of Federal Regulations (the Cuban Assets Control regulations) with respect to travel to Cuba.
- Purpose
- An amendment numbered 1 printed in the Congressional Record to prohibit funds in the bill from being used for administration or enforcement of part 515 of title 31, Code of Federal Regulations, with respect to any travel or travel related transaction; and to provide that the limitation established shall not apply to the issuance of general or specific licenses for travel or travel-related transactions, and shall not apply to transactions in relation to any business travel covered by such regulations.
